Discover the Miramichi River aboard the Max Aitken, suited for all climate conditions. You'll love the view from the promenade deck. The Max Aitken is Transport Canada approved with washroom facilities and is fully licensed. Ninety minute bilingual tours, evening and dinner cruises or special events take on the magic of the river aboard our 50 passenger double decker!
We are pleased to be partnering with Rodd Miramichi Resort. Dine with us on the River and enjoy the best seafood in season and when available. If you like to dine on the boardwalk, Vera’s Kitchen and Bar is ready to serve you before or after your cruise.

Day Adventure Tours
Located at beautiful Ritchie Wharf, in the heart of Miramichi, NB, you'll find the "Max Aitken.", Your fully bilingual Captain Hache is certified and your tour boat is fully equipped and Transport Canada approved. Up or down river, the choice is yours. Discover why the river is so rich in history with fascinating stories of the river's past as a french fortification and Acadian refuge.
You'll be entertained with stories of the Acadian refuge and shipbuilding years. Touch history with on board living history displays

2pm, and at other times throughout the day based on demand, 7 days a week from mid May through mid October.
